Display Notes pane in the Task UI by default

Hi all,

we have the requirement to display the notes pane of the standard BPM task ui in the process running on SAP NW 7.31 by default in all task UI's.

Currently the user can make this pane visible after choosing "View"-> "Notes" in the header of the UI, but it's not sufficient. The user want to see this pane directly after he clicks on the task in the UWL and task UI is loaded. 

Alternatively the notes can be displayed as a column in the UWL view, but i can't found such configuration properties. There is a "memo" column in the personalization view, but it display no notes, which i add to my task.

Have anyone an idea how to accompish this requirement and is it possible at all?

Hi Victor,

if I remember rightly, we have had to skip this requirement, since we didn't found the solution. Maybe meanwhile there is a way to do this, but unfortunately I don't know it. Sorry..
