Critical Issue with parameter value in table CRMPAROLTP in ECC

Hi,

We are facing an ununderstable behavior from the system with response to the entry of a parameter value for in the Table CRMPAROLTP in ECC for the entry

Parameter name        Parameter name 2                   Parameter name 3                    USER            Parameter value

CRM_SCENARIO      INT_CHANGE_ORDER            ZM (our transaction type)                               

When the entries are the above the sales orders are replicated to ECC from CRM. But are only displayed, cannot be changed or edited in VA02 in ECC.

But when the entry A is given as a parameter value and saved. Already replicated sales orders which are present in ECC are editable in VA02 and we are able to perform other activities like delivery by filling the required fields. But newly created sales orders are not replicated to ECC anymore with this Parameter value A present. The newly created sales orders are going to short dump ST22 with the error "inconsistent customizing r/3 - crm sales document type ZM.

Please provide a solution to this.

Hi Manas,

Note 888665 describes all the necessary settings for using scenario A.  thik this should help.
