We are facing one problem,We have analyzed the SO(Q37-year between 2000 to 2012) with output type MAIL , medium 7 and processing status 1.In this we found only 3 documents.We tried by printing all these 3 documents, it showing blank copy. we are using the std sap program "RSNASTSO" and form "SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF_VX" no form routine. When we searched in SDN forum we came across this link
http://scn.sap.com/thread/172764 in that post they have suggested a solution regarding the tcode SCOT to change the SMTP Config settings. We did the changes as it has suggested in that post.But still the pdf which is coming from sost is empty.. Can you please suggest any idea, it will be very helpful for us.
