Hello,

I am facing 2 errors when trying to open WEBI reports on the iPad.

We are running BusinessObjects EDGE actually on the SP04 FP03, before upgrading to this version the reports were running well on the iPad showing tables, column and line charts but after the upgrade we started to get 2 errors.

#1: MOB00082: this one says that it can't retrieve the report from the server

and

#2: RWI00621: this one says that there is a problem with the framework. I think that this is related to the improved graphics used on the new WEBI client because it occurs when I update the charts created with the SP02 client to the new SP04 FP03.

I looked up already the last SAP Notes published with the latest version of the app:

User Guide: 0001696768

Error Messages Guide: 0001696772

But I can't find anything related to this specific errors.

I tried opening the reports on an iPhone with the same results.

Anyone have any information about this two situations?

Hi,

I guess after upgrading the BOE environment you havent re-deployed the MobileBIServer.war.

Please note the MobileBIService.war is not deployed by default with wdeploy, this has to be done manually.

Re-deploying the MobileBIService.war from the BOE install_dir on the Tomcat should resolve this issue.

you can find the location of the updated warfile in the Admin Guide.
