ekko-knumv not getting updated in ME47

I maintained ME47 with basic price, discount and freight. But the field EKKO-KNUMV is blank.

what is the reason for that

The conditons in quotation is time dependent and are hence not saved as condition records number in EKKO. if you want system to store conditions in RFQ in similar way as it is done for PO. You will need to deselect check box in time dependent conditions in RFQ document type settings.

other way is rather complex .. that is to find condition record for condition table ( which AXXX -- XXX refers to condition table you have used ) assigned in access sequence for condition type. Find value in KONP and KONH tables.

you are creating PO against Quotation? if Not then you need to mark field"Update Info record"in details tab of ME47.

Hi,

Please note that if you use the timedependent conditions then the field

EKKO-KNUMV is not filled .Only at the time of timeindependent conditions

this field is filled.

Hi Megha,

If you create PO with respect to the quotation and the conditions with value (from RFQ) are updating properly in PO under the condition tab then the EKKO-KNUMV will update.
