Hi,
I'm implementing FSCM Dispute Management integrated with CRM Claim Management and when transfered the dispute case as claim submission to CRM I get the following error in the claim submission:
Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020
Errors have occurred while transferring the document into another system.
Refer to the enclosed log to view the error messages.
BOR object (type BUS2000310, anchor INFO_CCM) could not be attached to
dispute case (Notification E CRM_CLA_ERP_DC_APPL 000)
Can anyone help me on how to solve this error?
