Bad Debts

Hi all,

I just have doubt while doing bad debt, there is no error in F104 but no batch input is created.

We did OB04 & OBXD and FBKP

I put an customer invoice of very past date, I run in F103 batch input posted. I run it.

But in f104 nothing happen

Please help me

Hi Pushpa,

As there is no error in F104, there will be no batch input session.

Batch Input session is created by F104 only when there is some error in processing.

As in your case there is no error, the system would have directly post the document. Please tell me what is happening when you are executing F104.

I believe that Batch Input session is created from F104 only when there is some error in processing. If in case there is no error, the system directly post the document and provide the details of the document posting in the processing screen.
