How to remove the active categorization scheme in SM 7.1

Hello experts!

Please, I ask to tell as to remove active categorization schemes. When I create the new  categorization scheme version old categorization scheme too remains active. Now I have many active schemes of a categorization. Active schemes aren't edited.

When I create the new version system gives out the mistake, but saved the new scheme. I want to remove active schemes. How to remove?
