Developer Workplace 7.31 installation

I am trying to install the Developer Workplace of NetWeaver 7.3 including EHP1 on an Windows XP laptop.

The db I choosed is MaxDB.

I downloaded the installation DVDs from SAP Service Marketplace.

At a certain point, the  SapInst wizard ask me to enter the location of MaxDB.

According to the Media List manual for NW 7.3 EHP1 (page 7), the MaxDB software should be on the Mat. No. 51042225 discs.

I downloaded all of them but I didn't find the MaxDB.

I looked also at the MaxDB download page, but it is not there (the most recent version available for download is 7.8, but, according to the Media Guide, the 7.9 version is required).

Any help to get the right MaxDB will be appreciated.

I also use MAXDB V7.8 and it's work fine with 731 developer workplace.

I decided to change platform to Windows 7 64bit and to change rdbms to MS SQL Server. According to the Installation Guide (pag. 14) I should execute sapinst.exe from the folder

NW731_WPL_IM_WIN_X86_64_MSS, but this folder is not on the installation DVDs downloadable from SAP Service Marketplace. There is a folder NW730_WPL_IM_WIN_X86_64_MSS which I tryed, but it doesn't work.
