Hi SAP researcher´s,
we are developing an SAP excelence center in an University in Rio de janeiro city. We are working closely with our UAP and COIL Brazilian team. But as we are planning to develop something a little bit diferent form our usual programs in LatAm, I´m looking for a competence center model. Something simple but at the same time that would levarage an interesting experience to growth and maybe in the future be a SAP research center in LatAm.
At the begining, We intend to focus just in "Internet Applications & Services", mainly to public sector - Government State, State owned energies companies.
This center will be created inside of the Software Engeneering Lab.
Please, if you have any similiar experience, how to structure a SAP CC - team, skills, budget etc. Would be very nice hear any suggestion or advisement from you.
