Multilevel Categorization Greyed-Out

Dear gurus,

I can't make multilevel categorization to work.

When creating incident ticket, it's greyed out.

I'm using business roles SOLMANPRO and have made configuration in SPRO.

How do you assign categorization schema to ZMIN?

In crm ui, I only have two predefined template:


ERMS_DEFAULT_SCHEMA

SAP_SOLUTION_MANAGER_TEMPLATE

Check whether your categoriation scheme is Active?

I'm using ZMIN and have created custom categorization schema.

Hi Bobby,

Please check if is maintained in SPRO tcode (search for 'Assign Transaction Types to Catalog Categories') ZMIN should be set:

Next go to cat. schema in CRM_UI and generate new version of your customized schema, please check if you set up right value in Application Areas should be the same as in SPRO.

Bear in mind that in SAP stanadard 'valid-from date' is set up to next day. Also set more time 10-15 minutes than the current hours. After this login again and check.

Sure we've made configuration.

But still greyed-out when creating incident.

Should I delete the template from solution manager?

Because right now there's 3 schema active:

Hi Bobby

Check if in application area assigned correct value of Incident.  Cause there are deferent values with a similar name. For this set the checkbox to show keys in dropdown list (technical names)  in personalized settings of personalization of UI.

Hi Bobby,

Please check if it`s only one active cat. schema assigned to transaction type.

Were you able to enable the Levels??

I am same situation and followed that personalize setting, but still Levels are not active...
