Hi Sanjeev,

I am not sure but as far as I think cutover activities would be-

1. Project, WBS, network and activities creation.

2. Project stock upload.

3. Budget, revenue upload.

4. capitalization amount detail in corresponding GL.

Use BADI or LSMW for same.

Pranav

Cut over activities are one of the trickiest things to do. However, whatever be the state of your projects in the legacy system the first 3 pints listed by Pranav are the most basic ones that need to be done as part of the cutover activities.

Moreover, cutover activities are usually done by both the consultant as well as the business. Both the consultant and the business have to sit together and seggregate the data that needs to be uploaded in the system.

I am not getting what you exactly want to say here. By saying that we are not using MS Project, do you mean that you want to know about the cutover activites where Projects are not involved?

Based on my assumptions on what you are saying, irrespective of whether you use MS Project or some other legacy system there are some basic cutover activities you need to do wherever Projects are involved. Those are listed in the posts above.

In case you want to know about the cutover activities where projects are not involved it would be better to discuss with the business on what data should be uploaded in SAP as part of cutover activity.

Hope its clear.
