Popup window blocks the screen in CRM UI

Dear colleagues.

I am a Solution Manager Consultant and now I am working with version 7.1

In SAP SM 7.1 CRM UI is used for support team to work with incident management. I hope somebody from CRM specialists will help me with the problem in CRM UI.

I have a strange and nasty bug in our incident management scenario: when a processor opens new incident in Edit mode - popup window appears ("
Enter your business partner as the processor?"). When processor click on Yes or No button popup window dissapears but his BP is not placed inProcessor field. And when I push Save button on the panel (or any other - Display or Cancel) - popup window Enter your business partner as the processor? occupies the entire screen of the browser and doesn't react on button clicking. The only way to reset this block - log off and log in again.

This problem is actual both for IE9 and for Firefox 13.

For clarity I made a screen video (if the quality is too low - you can push on the title of the video and see it on youtube with better one):

Has anybody some ideas how to solve this problem?

With best regards,

Artem

Hello, Artem.

I have no much experience in incident management but first question I'd ask: is it a standard popup or custom one?

Hi, Andrei. The problem was with standard popup.

But I was told about a workaround which helps us to avoid popup freezing.

If it is interesting - you can find it here or here.
