LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND dump in ECC6 when called from CIC0 action box

Hi gurus,

When calling an action box from CIC0, the SAP generated program in the /1ISU/ namespace does not exist in ECC6 causing short dump LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND in ECC6.

This issue only occurs in Production and only started happening yesterday after years of functioning OK. Does anyone know what would have caused these /1ISU programs to suddenly disappear in ECC6 and what the fix might be?

Fix was applying OSS Note 1741169 (CIC: Call parameters error while using Parameter dialog) released 20 July 2012.
