Dynamic Attribute in Loyalty Management

Hi,

I am facing issue in using Dynamic attributes in Loyalty Management.

I added one dynamic attribute in Loyalty Program.

Now i created a membership using the above created loy program and a member.

Now how can i use or update Dynamic attribute based on member activity.

There is a assignment block for Dyn attribute on membership page but its not getting populated with any attribute.

I have read most of the documentation on SDN but none exactly talks about this scenario. All are discussing that dyn attributes can be used,, but how we can use it in membership ,, nobody has written about it.

Hello Vishal

You should create reward rule in your Loyalty program based on dynamic attribute. Use action "Update attribute" for your condition. And when condition will be furfilled attribute for activity membership will change it's value due your rule. If you have more questions feel free to ask. Hope it helps

Hello,

I could sucesfully update the dynamic attribute also. But I need to trigger change of tier level when specific points limit is reached. How do I do the customizing to read the value of the dynamic attribute (how to define this condition within reward rule). I have seen that there exists an action that is called change of tier level but i dont find a way to read the value.

Anybody can help?
