validate outline agreement

Hi,

Whlie creating service PO need to validate outline agreement .

The Badi / Exit has to trigger for every line item of PO, and Badi/ Exit has to trigger before entring servive number .

Why because after entering service number outline agreement is going into disable mode.

I checked for Badi's ( ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST )  it is not triggering  and exit ( MM06E005 ) is not suitable in my case.

Can any one suggest me on this.
