Content Server SI24_CSCONFIG - Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

hi, please your help, I'm new in Content Server and I want to configure with SAP ECC.

In ERP  Tx SI24_CSCONFIG, I provide all the data to connect the ERP - CS and I get the following

Error occured while creating repositories

in Tx SLG1 for object SDOK I got the following

Error in HTTP Access: IF_HTTP_CLIENT->RECEIVE 1 ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

In DEV_ICM log file I can see:

[Thr 772] *** WARNING => Connection request from (110/151/1) to host: CONTENTSERVER, service: 80 failed (NIECONN_REFUSED)

[Thr 772] RM-T110, U151, 300 USER,  15:43:01, M1, W23, SI24, 3/2 {000000bf} [icxxconn_mt.c 2271]

Ensure correct port number in OAC0.

Activate RFC via SM39.
