Thank for the replay.
Yes. All the add-on are updated at the last version 882.067.00.05.
On the system message report the Outlook add-on and BPEngine add-on result connected.
In fact, i've the information about this.
But, after 15-20 second.. I've the error message. See the image attached....
2 possibilities:
1. Some old files are still functioning. In this case, a clean reinstallation is a must. Troubleshoot can be done easily to install the B1 client under a new PC or a new windows user account.
2. Application error. You may only log a message to SAP support if this is the case.

Same problem I have faced after upgrade to SAP8.82 PL-7 but fresh re-installation of Outlook addon on client PC solved this problem.

Hi to all.
I finally solved the problem.
The step i followed:
After these operations, i must uninstall the BO_outlook AddOn and BP_Engine AddOn also from control panel > remove program.
During the unistall process i've a warning message:
-- SAP: Failed to load AddonAPIDLL. Installation may continue.
Then i reboot the terminal server and i run the setup.exe from B1_shr directory on the DB SERVER machine.
Now all work fine....
