how to know the uploaded PO

I have uploaded the PO through the upload program. User have also created the PO manually.

How to find the POs that are created manually and automatically(via upload program)

Hi Megha,

Most companies use a dedicated Username for PO's created through upload programs or through some automated jobs in order to differentiate from the manually created ones. Check for that in the PO table EKKO in the ERNAM field.

hi Megha,

generally in such cases while upload we keep something different then manual POs.  But if you have not done such demarcation i do not see an easy way to identify such POs.

however you could try and check data in CDHDR table for Change doc. object = EINKBELEG and check what value you care getting for a known uploaded PO in field t-code. If it is recording z-program instead of ME21N, you are in luck.
