E-Rec Candidate Search - Additional Criteria - No List in Candidate Group

Hi,

The confuguration/customizing seems to be fine for the Candidate Group Template/Elements for Candidate Search  but there is no List available to select Talent Group, the drop down list is empty in Candidate Search page for the Additional Criteria -> Candidate Group.

is there somethign mising?

Dear Naddy,

is your user assigned to the support team of the Talent Groups. If not then that's the reason.

Hi Naddy,

Please try to enter the "Search Candidate" Screen --> open the drop box for the Talent Group --> and then look if new records were created in the system log (transaction LSG1).

If so, please add a screenshot of what is shown there.
