How to remove logon help from logon screen in 7.31

Hi all,

I'm trying to remove logon help from logon screen. The only thing that I found is to remove Logon_help action from the role assigned to anonymous group in the portal, but when I exported all roles I found that Logon_help action is not assigned to any role. So as it is written in the documentataion logon help should not appear. Is there any other configuration that sould be changed? I saw that in older versions there were configuration property logon_help = true in ume configurations but in the newest version this property is missing. Any help will be awarded with points. Thank you.

have you tried thru configuring User Management.

<http/https>://<AS_Java_hostname>:<AS_Java_HTTP_port>/useradmin

Select user management..

Or, do it thru /nwa/auth.

Yes I know how to go to user administration, how to configure UME, how to assigned actions to roles and so on, but this is some kind of specific problem that I am not aware how to solve.

Hi,

The problem is maybe the same but there is no solution given. Only a suggestion about loginmodules which are default and there is no reason to change the look of the logon screen. Thank you for the link.

Hi,

Can you please check what are the Roles assigned to Anonymous Users Group in your portal.

Hi,

There are no roles assigned to Anonymous Users. Is this normal?

Hi,

One thing to display the Logon Support Link in the Logon Page, we have to assign Logon_help UME Action to a custom role and we will assign the role to Anonymous Users Group. This is how we get the Logon Support in Logon Page.

As I described I do not want to add the logon help, because it is already displayed by default. I want to remove it. The strange thing is as I wrote that logon help action is not assigned to a role in the UME but still this logon help is displayed. Any other suggestions?

Hi,

Can you also check whether any Parent Groups or Child Groups assigned to Anonymous User Group.

There are no parent or child groups. The only thing that is assigned to Anonymous Users group is  J2EE_GUEST user. But this user is locked in the system and obviously is not used.
