Dear Expert,

While doing MFBF 'No standard cost estimate is available'essage is coming for assembly back flush.

While creating standard cost run the REM profile in MRP 4 of MM master was wrongly selected which was correcated after the cost run.

Now whle using CK44 for deleting the cost run no cost run is available in the drop down list.

Please advise.

Regards,

Alok

Dear Alok,

Check in this sequence,

1.Check what error is getting displayed during assembly backflush in T.Code MFBF, if the error is

that "No standard Cost estimate exists",then first check in costing 2 view of the material master of

that assembly, whether is there any price stamped under Current column and standard price.

2.If any value is shown in this field, then use CKR1 and reorganize the cost for the option Current

standard cost estimate and once reorganizing, ensure the price value is not seen in the costing 2 view

as seen earlier.

3.Now carryout a new cost estimate using T.Code CK11N ,save the data and then mark and release

using T.Code CK24.

4.Now goto T.code KKF6N,in change mode, click the cost calculator key for preliminary cost

estimate--->save the data and then check in T.Code MFBF.

Check and revert back.

If you indeed created a cost run in CK40N, I don't know why you can't see your cost run in the droplist.

Anyway, I think deleting a cost run won't change anything. You have to delete a cost estimate in CKR1 redo it (CK11N).

While using CKR1 it says no standard cost estimate is deleted.

You set "Current Cost Estimate" in the control parameters?

If so, then there is no actual cost estimate and you can go and try to do one in CK11N.

Below error message is coming while do CK11N:-

Material 22 in plant 5072 has a released cost estimate

error message no CK171

Then again, try CKR1. Enter the material number, plant and check the "Current Cost Estimate" radio button.

Actually in CK13N view the Routing Data is not updated under Qty Structure tab.

In CKR1 nothing is happenning.

Alok,

Just a precaution ... when you are costing using CK11n, please make sure the costing variant is the same one that is used to release cost for other materials during the month.

Maybe you have to repeat the Preliminary Cost Estimate (MF30).
