GLM Label Print problem

Former Member

HI,

I am trying to print the label from CBGL_MP01, I am able to get the preview (label with all fields).

When printing, It's only printing one corner of label with very few fields. and remaining part is empty.

It is working fine in my development system. The same label exported and imported to other system.

Any settings i am missing in printer set-up side (or) WWI Template dimensions?

If anyone had this experience before, pls., share as inputs.

Regards

kamal

Hi Kamal,

as the preview is working I would assume that the labelstock definition is fine. Anyway, could you pls. check those settings in CBGL_LS02 and also the IMG activity label size and label stock size.

Can you try to switch off/on the printer. It sounds like the printer has buffered some old label definitions. Are you using the same printer in your development environment?

Could you also check the printer driver on your WWI server? Are there any differences in the properties?

HI Mike,

Thanks for your quick reply.

Label stock is fine, otherwise i don't get the preview as well.

There is nothing much in IMG activity for label size and stock size. without these settings i couldn't create the label stock.

I checked in printer and cancelled the jobs. No buffer issue.

I am using the same printer for develpment environment as well, which is working fine.

No changes i observed in printer driver on wwi server.

Any other things to be checked, for this issue?

Hi Kamal,

can you pls. attach the log of the temp. WWI files into this thread?

If you are able to print the label from DEV on the same printer the printer should be fine.

HI Mike,

which log you are asking about? where it located?

I am able to see only LPF files in the sap work directory, related to this.
