SP5:'Create Transport Request' dialog window in Urgent Change not popup

Hi Michael,

I have copied the Action profile :ZMHF_actions and Action definition:ZMHF_in_Process for  after PPF action call for status change set in " In Development"

but i am not getting popup of webpage dialog for TR creation.

Also i tried in SMHF . it is working fine.

Hi Diana,

in SP8 this is default popup screen in ZMHF you do not need to do extra customizing like was in SP5 case just to copy SMHF to ZMHF. It should work.

upgrade to the latest SP version , so the issue is solved.

Hm, looks good as well. I cannot see if the entry with ZMHF_IN_PROCESS is flagged activein the view but I assume thats so. I am afraid, create a message and get it routed to me so I can check with debugging.

Maybe some code is missing. Did you have the newest ChaRM master note version implemented?

Hi Michael,

Entry with ZMHF_IN_PROCESS is flagged activein the view as shown bleow. Also i have latest version of ChaRM note version in system.

Also i have raised the message (766169 / 2012 )
