Problem in raising the Change A/C for CFM user in GRC 5.3

Hi,

We are using GRC 5.3 patch 8.

In our organization we does not create CFM user through GRC,it is done through back end (SU01).

As no Rule Book is there for CFM,so we does not define any risks for those CFM T-Codes.Till now we does not bother about CFM,it was handelled by BASIS only.

Now a situation has come,where:

1.One Normal user has been created through GRC,then some CFM roles are added by BASIS through SU01(there was a requirement came from Business person,so they added those roles manually),those CFM roles are not synced in GRC CUP and also not maintained with Functional area, process or subprocess.

2.Now we want to add some normal roles to that user,at the time of raising a Change Account for that user ERROR is coming "Request cant be created"!.

3.We have a work flow for change A/C which will trigger depends on the Initiator(depends on the type of user,Business or Support AND Auditor or Not Auditor).User fulfill the Initiator Condition though the request cant be submitted!

As per my view those CFM roles, which are already attached to the user and are not synced and maintained in GRC CUP are creating the problem at the time of raising the request.

If anybody have any type of idea how to resolve the issue please suggest.

Thanks in Advance!

Surajit

Hi Surajit,

Have you checked if your Workflow triggers for other Users as well?

There is no issue with the CFM Roles which are not maintained in your GRC system.

The problem seems to be in the workflow only. Also check the Assigned Actions which are selected for your Change Account Request Type.

Regards,

Nikita.
