I have a customer that we just upgraded to Business One 8.82 PL07, before they had some VB code to print their crystal reports, so a printer dialogue opened up each time they went to print. Now with 8.82 all of their custom Crystal Reports forms print to the default printer and do not display the printer dialogue. Is there a way to turn on displaying the printer dialogue so they can direct the printing to a printer other than the default printer or cancel the print job all together. They use Crystal for custom Sales Order, Packing Slip, and Purchase Order forms.
The only way I have been able to work around this is in Windows 7 to use the XPS printer and set it to automatically open the viewer when the file is saved. Once the viewer opens they can then print the form to any printer from the viewer.
Is there a secret setting in Business One, to turn the dialogue on when printing Crystal Reports?
