Hi everyone,
Was wondering if anyone else encountered this issue before.
When opening a R3 Support and WTS connection for SAP, the SAPRouter status shows that it is "Cancelled".
BUT when SAP tries to connect in, they are able to log in. The SAPRouter status is still showing it is "Cancelled" when SAP is logging in.
The RFC connection test for RFC SAP-OSS is successful.
This issue is very irrating because we can't really confirm if the connection is actually ready and open until SAP actually tries to logon.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Cheers,
ks
Dear KS,
I know it seems simple but could you try to shutdown and restart the SAProuter process? Then restart your service connector and test the connection again to see if it stlil shows as cancelled.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,

Hi KS,
Ah yes. You do need to allow ICMP communication. Refer to Note 48243 - Integrating SAProuter
into a firewall
I will kbase this for future reference.

Toby
