Status profile in Incident Management

Hi,

I am not able to find where to configure status profiles in Incident Management. I need to define status profiles for incident, investigation, investigation steps and tasks. How can I do this?

HI Grete,

SPRO > EH&S > Industrial Hygiene and Safety > Basic Settings > Status Management

First check for available statuses available in

> Desplay Defined statuses for Object types

4 statuses available as standard.......

Object ID: E8

Object type:  Incident/accident log

I0439    CR   Created

I0451    IP   In Process

I0440    CO   Conference

I0452    CL   Closed

If you want to include additional statuses, Only Possible in between "In Process"and "Conference"

That can be done in

> Check and Extend Status Profiles

Status Profile - EHS_IAL1 - Status Profile Inc./Acc. Log 1

Hi again,

I`m sorry, I forgot to specify that I ment for the new solution for Incident Management under EHSM Extension component 2.0.

Can I define the status profile in this solution? I can`t find it.
