SC short Text issue when it is transferred to R3

Hi Experts,

I have an issue concerning the limit SC short text. The SC short text was created in Chinese language and it is ordered successfully and PO got created.

But in the PO short text came as ##### instead of Chinese.

So please let me know if any note to be implemented for the same or any config need to done for fixing this issue.

Hi,

SRM 7 supports special character, but there is a SAP Note also for the correction.

I guess it is the problem with text mapping,try running the report /sapsrm/get_text_cust_erp
