Few components r regular that r come frm IT008, Additional payments, Bonus, LTA, Leave Encashment and notice pay recovery and payable.
Should i create an off-cycle wage and assign the net amount for full and final settlement. After that do the FI posting.

The full and final settlement amount is calculated from the system and it is ok. the only concern is with the FI Posting mode.Settlement has to be done within seven days.so off-cycle is the best option. Plz guide me how should i proceed?

You can enter the Ee number and payroll area and system will pick the F&F payroll result and post.
Try a test run before the live posting and it will help

In mid of the month, is it possible to do FI posting with live payroll run.
for that we ve to exit the payroll control record.

It must be possible , I have a vacation payroll scenario, where the Ee goes any day in the month and we define regular on demand and process and post to FI.
In your case also , instead of vacation pay doing F&F,
You payroll control record will be in exit mode right for the previous month. that should be enough to run F&F cases to post.

Another way of handling this scenario will be to create a separate payroll area for seperated employees and run payroll.
