Hi Experts,

After installation of BO 4.0 I made the Authorization configuration in CMC and everything seems to be right because all roles were imported.. but when I am trying to access to CMC selecting SAP with user and password from BW it shows error message:

Account Information Not Recognized: Logon failed. Please make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group. (FWB 00029) 

Any clue?

Ensure that the user belongs to at least      one mapped group.

Issue is solved.

I added  a role from BO and this role has the user assigned in BW ABAP so that is enough to access to it.
