Unable to debug BSP application after EhP5 upgrade

Hi ,

I am unable to debug BSP application after EhP5 upgrade. i tried with all the basic things related to debugging of BSP application(settings in se80, at SICF, etc)Apart from raing OSS, is there any solution?

Is your external breakpoint setup to debug a different user account?

In SE80 -> Utilities ->Settings

Navigate to the ABAP Editor tab, go to the sub tab of Debugging. Is the username in the external debugging set to your username?

Hi Ryan,

No, its same.

Faced similar issue after Ehp4 upgrade, that time raised OSS and implemented a SAP note which resolved the issue. Now also raised OSS, waiting for SAP reply. once i got the reply from SAP will update the note details here.

I must say that is a first. We just upgraded a couple months ago with out any issues. Wonder if there is a basis setting that needs updated for debugging to work? Also, have you looked at the SICF information to see if its logging in as a specific person?
