User name for BP account creation?

Hello,

I'm new in CRM and using CRM UI (ver 7.0).

I would like to know if there is a chance to find out who create a CRM BP account?

I would assume to get it out of "change history" part of the account details, but the data only concern users who made changes and not who created.

Thank you for your feed back.

Thank you very much Andrei for so quick reply.

But I would like to find this info into WEB UI version.

Is there a possibility to get it?

It is available in BuilHeader-CREATIONUSER . E.g. in component BP_HEAD view AccountDetails take it from HEADER context node. Use attribute STRUCT.CREATIONUSER. Bring it through UI configuration.

Is what you mentionning available is CRM 7.0 (w/o EHP1 or 2)?

If yes, could you please give me more details because as new in CRM, I have difficulties to find what you are explaining?

Thank you in advance,

It's available also in plain 7.0.

In BP details view go to view configuration and add the appropriate attribute to the view. Consider the screenshot below (after getting Configuration screen press Show Available fields, expand HEADER folder and find Create by attribute there (may be not on the first page)):

Hello Andrei,

Unfortunately in my CRM version, this configuration tool is not available.

Any other idea?

If you are on 7.0 version (assuming this from your very first post) the configuration is in place.

Make sure of two things:

1. You have to have authorization for authority object CRMCONFMOD.

2. You need to activate configuration mode from Pesronalize (top right corner in WebUI). Then in Settings block click Personalize Settings and set checkbox Enable Configuration Mode. Then Sace.

And you'll get mentioned buttons for configuration.
