Dashboard design Tool 4.0

Hello,

I have installed SAP BO Dashboard design 4.0 tool with license key of SAP Crystal Dashboard Design, Departmental Edition.

While accessing the Dashboard design tool, I could not see the Menu items SAP -> Open, Publish, Publish As, Launch, Disconnect and Translation Settings highlighted.

Also I could not give inputs for System and Query while trying to add a connection in Data Manager.

Could you please advise.

Hi Aparna,

To enable these options you have to use Enterprise edition not Departmental edition.
