Error SAP Dashboard Design 2008 and Flash Player

I try to install SAP Dashboard Design 2008 but appear an error with the version of flash player "Your computer dowsnt have the appropiate version of flash player..." and i already installed flash player (latest version).

I uninstall flash player and reinstall again, but the error persist.

Any suggestion

Hi Jose Elvir,

You have to install flash player using only Internet Explorer then only dashboard designer will work.

1) Uninstall flash player

2) Install flsh player using IE(Directly install the Flash Player using browser only)

Use the Link below to un-install the Flash Player version

Then, Scroll down to install Flash Player archives         

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html

Try installing the Xcelsius 2008. See if you still get the error message.

I follow your instructions but the error persist and i download the SAP xcelsius 4.0 and the same error appear too

Also, can you provide the Operating system you are trying to install???

i'm using Windows 7 32 bit and MS Office 2010.

I will try in the night on my home in a pc with Windows 7 64bits
