Tax category

Hello All,

I am having Output tax account created in the system.

I want to restrict only output tax for this account.

What should be the Tax Category "+" or ">"?

Hi Tushar,

• If you want to make your Account as TAX account  please choose

          '>' for Output TAX account

          '<' for Input TAX account

• If you want to make your account as TAX relevant account then please choose

          '*' for any kind of tax ( GL account will accept any type of tax code at the time of posting)

          '+' for input tax (GL account will accept only input tax code)

          '-' for output tax (GL account will accept only output tax code)

Select "+" as Tax Category under Control Data Tab in T Code FS00.

Hi Tushar

Please use Tax category " > "  for output tax account

Please read the help document available on this ( you can get it by pressing F1 in the tax catageroy filed in FS00
