Hello,
We are using ERecruiting EHP4, standalone. As I am new to HCM, I need some advices regarding the following question from our users: "how I can figure out how many candidates are in the canidate pool? Are there any reports that would tell me the total and then by region?"
I've been told that there are 2 options:
• Webdynpro based and create an Iview stick on the portal
• ABAP report execute in E Rec system.
Do you have any other suggestions? How can I implement the above?
Thank you!
Iuliana
Hello Luliana,
Yes, you have reports for that which you can run on the portal or also on the backend (transaction SQ01 -> user group ERC_RECR and then choose the appropriate infoset query.

Dear Nicole,
I had the same situation - where we can find more about the reports?
The all reports named for this User Group are showing for example only assignment candidates to requisitions.
We need also to look for candidates without assignment to requisition.
And writing about reports available in SAP Portal what exactly do you mean?
best regards

Ok I can see the analytically reports – it was necessary to activate NWBC. However the majority of the reports are still not working with a message like this:
Service cannot be reached What has happened? URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available. |

What can I do? Please select a valid URL. HTTP 404 - Not found Your SAP Internet Communication Framework Team |
Can you please advise what to do? it looks like URL's are missing in a table?
By the way: NWBC access to SAP-Erecruitment is giving new interesting possibilities – I will write about it in another post.
