Wage type : Processing Class, Cumulation Class & Evaluation Class

Dear Experts,

I have created below wage types.

Wage Type Code	Wage Type Text	Model Wage type	Infotype

8008	Expense Reimbursement	M200	0015	Non Taxable
8009	Non - Taxable Income	M400	0015	Non Taxable
8010	Taxable other Income	M200	0015	Taxable

Please guide me how to assign Processing , Cumulations & Evaluation Classess for these wage type.

I know the table is V_512W_D. However I am not aware of how to assign this properly.

Urgent assistance needed.

In Addition to what Akhilesh Said .

if you copy the Standard Wage type all the Setting will be done Automatically now the Question is how you are going to use the Setting according to you Company Requirement

you have to Write the Rule ,Schema and Change the Processing , Cumulations & Evaluation Classes for these wage.

Ex: Unauthorized Absence Processing 10 need to be changed

       Taxable and Non taxable Wage types Cumulation Class 24 ,25 need some Action.

Dear Khose,

I have created one Wage type for Statutory Bonus. Also I am mentioning the characteristics of the wage type below. Please guide me whether the Processing class, Cumulation Class & Evaluation class is correct or not.

Wage Type : 1100 : Statutory Bonus.: This is a monthly wage component.

Eligibility : People who are having salary of 10,000 or less than

10,000, they will get an amount of 700 each month in their pay.

Even though they will have some leave of absence in that particular month.

For this wage component , i have maintained the following Processing classes, Cumulations & Evaluation classes.

Processing Class :

1	Assignment to valuation bases	3	Wage type included in valuation
3	Cumulation and storage of time	0	Pass on unchanged
4	Summarize WT acc.to TX and SI p	6	Transfer without modification

Please guide me whether everything is fine or not.

Hi Dipti

If you Copied the Standard Wage type then you don't need to change any setting unless if Company want to have Some Effects then you can Change Accordingly .

Aim sure you are having the Development server where you are working .

Create a Infotype 8 add Wage types then Try do the Payroll Simulation Run

check the Effects .

Check step by Step you will be Fine

Dont Panic  ok

Why you want to assign Processing , Cumulations & Evaluation Classes for all these wage type ?

See when you copy from STD  wage type , all these class will take place automatically according to maintained in STD wage type , if you want to use some different processing or any other class for any particular wage type  then goto Table V_512W_D .click on custom like wage type (8000)  which you want to change , and put in display mode

this option you will find in Application toll bar  then you can change according to your requirement
