WSM3 - "Listed From Date Error"

Hi Everyone -

I have some idoc failures for stock transfer orders because article is not listed to the site. I am trying to list the articles through WSM3 and want the system to pick the "listed from' date from article master. To achieve this, i have checked " select by material listing date" check-box. After execution, when i checked in WLK1 table , i saw that the system is picking the current system date only and not the date from the material master.

Can you please advise how to resolve this and have system pick the listed from date from article master?

I don't think it is possible to backdate any listing date (from date).

You may wished to look up the OSS for any patches.

Alternatively, change the date in the IDOC to current and complete the process.

I suppose this is a 1-off problem.

Hi Tim -

Listing through mm42 allows to do a backdated listing i.e the "listed from date" in listing tab or article master. Thanks

Thanks for your inputs Rahul.

Couple of problems with WSP4 -

  1. It will only let me list one article at a time
  2. It doesn't allow backdated listing.

As i mentioned, idocs failed and there were quite a few articles which i wanted to list to one site, so used WSM3. If the system picked the listed from date from the article master listing tab, then it would be very easy. But in this case it is only picking current system date.

Having said that, if i use mm42 and list the article to this site, it allows me to do backdated listing.
