Hello All,
When we post the actual values throguh confirmation to the internl order the table COSS gets updated. However, when we execute the results analysis, the table COEB gets updated but the field HRKFT is appearing blank for all the line items.
Does anyone knows, how the table, COSB can be populated for field HRKFT.
Regards
Jyoti

Hello Auvo,
In case of CRM service order an internal order gets crceated. When the actual data is posted on the internal order from confirmation or sales item, the COSS table gets updated. This table has a key HRKFT which is also updated when the posting is done.
During month end, RA is done on the internal order. Once the RA figure is saved, the table COSB gets updated with RA data, however the HRKFT field is blank.
We need the field COSB-HRKFT data to be populated as during settlement, table COSB is referred. The HRKFT table is the link between COSB and COKEY table. We need to fetch the data accountinf indicator from this table at the time of settlement, in order to derive the functional area based on thi field.

Hi Jyoti,
Please check that in customizing (SPRO-> Public Sector Management-> Basic settings->Activate account assignment elements) if Account assignment elements Fund and Functional area are checked in your system.
In standard, FM functionality is not provided for the results analysis methods. The FUND and Functional area are derived from the sender. In this case the needed information is hidden in the field HRKFT. The conventional RA methods do not fill this field in the database table COSB.
Regards, Gordon
