Hi,
We have created a urgent change document and have assigned it to a maintenance project. IBASE is also correctly defined.
Upon creating a Urgent Change Document in ChaRM, we do not see anything in the block: Related Transactions. Also, we are not able to switch into the "In Development" phase since it gives back two errors:
Details Status was reset by system
Details There is no active task list in the assigned project
We have tested creating a normal change using the maintenance project created for the urgent change, and it didn't had any problem. (Related Transactions block is not empty, and we were able to move phases)
Would appreciate any help as we have been stuck here for days already.. Thanks a lot!

Found the solution already. Just included a parameter for the action ON_SAVE to E0001 (Created).

We are facing the exact same problem but dont know how to resolve it.
I have this ON_SAVE action in my action profile (SMHF_ACTIONS) but i dont see any scheduling/start condition to this action.
Can you please mention what will be the start condition?? and how the parameter will be defined?
