purchase document cannot be released

i created a pr and i wanted to release the pr but its giving me this message purchase requisition cannot be released Message no. MEPO822.how can i solve this

Hi,

Are you using  user exits EXIT_SAPLEBND_001, EXIT_SAPLEBND_004?

Please retest this issue again after deactivating these user exits.

Ensure the Purchase requisition coming by default in ME54N is subjected to Release strategy. Else you can click on Other Purchase order / Requistion and enter yours and check once again.

Hi,

If purchase requisition created before designing your release strategies for purchase requisition,then all  purchase requisition will not triggers release strategy.Just do change to old  purchase requisition with quantity or plant or with text field in t.code:ME52N and see the difference how release strategy triggering!

NOTE:

If you designed your PR release strategies with "Vital Release Values",So system will take care to triggers release for  newly created purchase requisition,when users creates purchase requisition with that "Vital Release Values"
