Twitter / Face book integration in Loyalty management

Hi Experts,

We have requirment to integrate social media as Twitter / Face book in CRM.  I know a little about Loyalty Management but not sure how to approach the whole implementation process. Can any one share how to or the configuration step by step procedure to achive this task. We are on CRM7.0 EHP1.

if your refering to integration of twitter and facebook with WCEM 2.0 on top of CRM, you can refer to this how to guide:

This guide shows how to integrate facebook likes on the product catalog view.In your case you just have to identify the loyalty views where you want to integrate facebook or twitter.
