Hi Experts,
I am trying to create a Campaign Automation scenario in Quality system for trade show invitation scenario where invitation to be sent to target group, if answer is yes then thank you mail and collect in participant target group and if no then thank you mail with collect in non participant target group. If response doesn't comes before certain date a remainder mail should trigger). I have created the campaign and the campaign elements and assigned the required target groups to them. Workflow has been assigned to them as per the requirement as mentioned in http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/20283126-36ca-2d10-6983-92ed18d36... . but when we click on Start process button nothing happens. Mails are not triggering in the first event itself i.e automation process is not starting in the first event only. The same procedure is working fine in development. Target group for sending mail has been created and assigned. I have checked all the basis setting and transportation requests are also transported properly. Since campaign settings are client based i have compared the settings both in Dev and Quality which are both fine. SWU3 settings have green tick marks and while checking in SWI1 i have found the task WS14000060 with Waiting status as a result next workflow in not triggering. In main campaign screen i am getting this message CA Log-Start campaign process(WAITING).
I have attached the screen shots for better clarity.
Have you assigned the Campaign Start Process and other required Workflow as 'General Task' in spro->crm->marketing->camp_mgmt->camp_automation>implement workflow customizing ->Assign agents ?
Rgds,
Shobhit

Hi Amardeep,
As you mention that all the settings are maintained for the trade show campaign, may be you can also check whether the user WF-BATCH has all the required authorisation maintained and also ensure that the specific campaign object is not locked by the CRM UI user.
You can also check SOST transaction to know the status of email transfer.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Rashmi
