Hello,
Could you please check the host in the SM51.
From the logs I could see the batch host is BATCHHOST='SCNCRMT2'
Is it same in the SM51??
#96317: Host names during R/3 upgrade, tips & tricks
#23538 : Problems due to inconsistent host name notation
Please check
- the hostname in SM51
- in \etc\hosts in case you have multiple entries for the hostname
- the physical hostname at OS level

Gaurav

Hi,
In my case the RFC able to call the function module. The job "RSUPDTEC" is in scheduled status in the system created by DDIC. If we release manually it is running fine and finished properly.
But SAPup not able to release it directly.
So in my understanding there is no hostname issue.
Regards
Shankar
Please read Call of function module "SUBST_START_BATCHJOB" by RFC failed. May be it help you to understand your issue.

Hi Shankar,
>> 'Resolve inconsistencies in TABART-TABSPACE mapping'
There are inconsistencies in the mapping.
Check the Note 946135 - Error in RSUPDTEC creates incorrect entries in IAORA
