Package field in secatt transaction in not editable

In SECATT transaction package field is not editable.

Could not create scripts.

Checked all authorization objects pertaining to SECATT transaction.

This is not related to an authorization (Did you check via SU53 for missing authorization), you will be asked for the package in a pop-up window when saving. (pop-up windows for creation of repository object)

This dynpro field is only displayed during display/change actions.

I checked in SU53 . Authorization check is sucessfull . Popup window is not appearing for specifying package.

Your Screenshot shows the step bevore saving, could you share a screenshot with the issue please.
