Hi All,

We have auditing database enabled but somehow our old password is for database is not working. We need to change the password now. Can someone let us know if we can change the password, if we can do it what are all the changes we need to do at server level?

Regards,

Deepak

You need to ask DBA to change this user password in the DB, then in CCM update audit DB connection with new password.

That's it.

Thanks Denis for your reply. I was also thinking the same but was not confident on the same. One more question

Changing the new password is not going to have any affect to the environment right?

Deepak,

      The steps are as follow:

- Have the DBA change / update ID &/or password

- Update connection settings for Audit in CMS

- Update connection settings for Audit in UNV / UNX

- Restart SIA to update and start logging

Ajay
