Hi Experts, Since I am not sure which forum should I post SAP PM module question,I have posted below same question to PLM forum as well. In table PLPO output, I am getting only one operation details for a task list group even though there are muliplte operations. Please suggest why it is happening? What are the tables & logic ,I need to apply to develop a report to get total actual hrs spent in prventive maintenance & total plan hrs for preventive maintenance for a period? Both strategy based & single cycle maintenance plans are availalbe. Thanks in advance rgds Pranjal
If you are creating a new program, then it may be quicker to look at Logical Database "PNI" via TCode SE36.

Can you please let me know elaborately how can we develop the report to get total actual & planned hrs for preventive maintenance as we are using both strategy based & single cycle plan?My requirement is to know total actual & planned hrs for preventive maintenace for a specific period.

If you want to take actual hours spent for Preventive Maintenance, then you should take from PM order not from Task list.
Operation Description - In table AFKO, pass AUFNR value to get AUFPL value.
Actual Work Hours (Normal) – In table AFRU, pass AUFPL, VORNR & PERNR values to get the LEARR value.
If you need Planned hours from Task list, you can use PLPO table.
