SAP Travel Expense Approval (iOS) : Travel expenses not showing on device app

Hello

I having having an issue with the Travel Expense Approval for iOS devices running on SUP 2.1.2. The travel expenses are not showing on the device. Please see attached.

Please what could be wrong and how can I resolve this?

Hi Ayo,

           The travel expense capture has a settings screen in which the settings need to be enter regarding the host, port etc that the iPhone client needs to connect to. Has this been entered correctly. Usually if this been entered then the settings screen will have a button saying Logout <username>.

Could you please check if this is present. If no then that means that your user has not been onboarded on the server and hence you do not see any data.

Hi Ayo,

The information you provided is insufficient to understand the problem.

I believe you did not get back any data from the gateway. Hence app shows empty screen.

This might be because of wrong URL or Client  or authentication.

Can you please enable Server Logs? would help to troubleshoot the issue.

Steps:

1. Domain>>DomainName>>Log>>Settings>>New >> Enter a name

2.Select "Application Connection" and chose your User

3. Select "payload" and chose "request response"

4. Select "Enable after creation"

Save the settings.

Change the log level at Server>>Logs>>Unwired Server>>Settings>>Proxy>>Debug.

Fire a new request from your application.

Under Domain>>DomainName>>Log>>General>>Proxy, click on retrive to display the latest logs:
