Salary Deduction on Absent

Hi Geeks @ SCN,

MY REQUIREMENT: Once when the employee has used all his absence quotas, and still takes a leave..

A days salary must be taken off/deducted from his gross salary (for 1 day's leave, one days salary.. for 2 days

leave 2 days salary ... n so on).. The formula for deduction is

{(Gross + HRA + VDA + CONVEYANCE + OTHER ALLOWANCES + SPECIAL ALLOWANCES) / No of days in a month } * No of absent days

   

Because am new to SAP and therefore request a help in configuring  this..

It would b a great if u all turn up to this and help me achieving the requirement..

Everything is fine and can be done in standard but only one issue  which i want to remind all the Earnings which were included in the Gross pay that is /101 will gets reduced so automatically ....it will reduce the gross   Check PRCL 10 1 for the wage type and out put of PCR XVAL

Thanks for ur quick responce..

As suggested, Have have done PRCL 10 1 for /101 and also for all custom wage types..

Now (for testing) will finish the absence quotas for an employee and check wit the standard ones and shall update u wit the out come,,,
